Position description and career opportunities
We're a young passionate team of technical support who are trying to explore the great world of product test network, focus on testing environment setup installation, commissioning, integration, operation and maintenance and are not afraid of taking new risks, using new methods, concepts, technologies or programming languages.
Our team is working on technical support in variety of technologies, from Nokia Radio, CS/PS Core & Server products. So if you have an experience in any of these fields and you have a huge willingness to learn, you're welcome to check if it's a place for you! We want you to be open-minded and able to think outside the box. On top of that, you need to be advanced in any of trace analyzing tools and at least communicative in English.
As an Nokia Network Administrator for E2E telecommunication testing environments, you are responsible to provide professional technical support on test-bed bring up, configuration, integration and operation & maintenance of Nokia Networks Radio or CS/ PS Core or Server products for R&D testing, Interface level troubleshooting and Demo for customers.
Our team is looking for talented technical support engineers to join our support platforms team and provide excellent mobile network platform and troubleshooting support for R&D testing. You will be joining other extremely-passionate engineers that share a common interest in distributed systems, performance, scale, and solving problems with Nokia Products. You will solve complex technical problems using the best technologies available. The technical complexity involved in truly delivering on that mission should be something you are excited to tackle.
