    The Position:

    The purpose of this role is to support and manage everyday office operations of the Kraków office under the guidance of the Business Operations Director.

    As an Office Coordinator you will:

    The Office Coordinator provides the team in Kraków with professional and administrative support to ensure optimum performance. This individual:
    • has responsibilities in multiple areas including office management, benefits management and general administration,
    • receives little instruction on daily work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments,
    • has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

    Office Coordinator at Pega:

    Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience working in an international corporate environment on a similar position.

    Ideally we are looking for:

    • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellence in Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong communications skills in both Polish and English
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Experience in multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize and move between tasks
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Knowledge of Polish regulations regarding the Social Benefits Fund, business trips, health and safety at work (desired)
