    Office Manager
    Location: Warsaw


    • Managing all business areas of the given sector: maintenance, cleaning, new construction works, relocations / working space & desk preparations
    • Executing suitable policies for security, cars, mobile etc.
    • Ensuring security of people and goods
    • Proposing and development of modern and innovative services and functions to create a pleasant work place and environment
    • Ensuring the principles of the safety of people and goods in coordination with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and HR (Human Resources) on the site
    • Monitoring of service quality, monitoring of the activity indicators, monitoring of progress plans in accordance with the Group's security rule
    • Managing contracts and service providers
    • Managing social bodies in line with work conditions
    • Managing interfaces with authorities and with various local bodies


    • Proven experience of office project management (relocations, creation of working space) and administration (administrating car fleet, mobile providers)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Analytical, problem-solving approach
    • Multitasking and flexibility
    • Great communication skills
    • Fluent English
