    Onboarding Coordinator

    Miinto is going through an exciting expansion plan in Europe and we are looking for an ambitious and structured onboarding coordinator to join the team. The onboarding coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth onboarding of new designers and multibrand stores to our platform in Europe and hands on responsibility for Poland. Come join us and help us make a difference for boutiques in the fashion industry. 

    What you’ll do 
    Your overall responsibility is to ensure flawless and seamless onboarding of new designers and multibrand stores, and furthermore you will continuesly optimize workflows that will enhance the customer experience. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should have excellent time management skills, as well as communication skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams.  
    • Help onboard new and current Brand Partners 
    • Respond to phone calls or emails from our Brand Partners 
    • Participate in onboarding meetings with our Brand Partners 
    • Create and approve products from Brand Partners provided through product management system 
    • Improve boutique implementation satisfaction score 
    • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues 
    • Ad hoc tasks 
    What we’re looking for 
    • An ambitious, proactive and passionate person, who is keen to make a difference for Miinto and our customers.  
    • Excellent organization and time management skills 
    • Great communication skills 
    • Good knowledge of MS Office 
    • Experience from fashion is preferred 
    • Serviceminded and helpful 
    • Excellent English skills verbally and in writing  
    • And finally a good sense of humor is welcomed :)
