You have good communication skills You are fluent in English You are ready to support highly available production environment by participating in a rotating on-call duty You are ready to work in a process oriented IT organisation
Monitor and maximize existing resources and maintain system availability by managing and scheduling jobs. Provide 2nd level support to Service Desk and 3rd level support to IT-Supporters. Interact with Database Specialist, Infrastructure Specialist, Network Specialist and Developers in all tasks related to job schedules, monitoring, batch operation, backup/recovery and maintenance of schedule tools and environments and potentially other infrastructure components and/or applications. Act on a global level and may take part in on duty calls.
Primary tasks are supporting theproduction instance of one of #39;s applications (incident investigation and resolution, root cause analysis).
