    Currently we are looking for a manager with a can-do attitude to lead BPO projects for important national and international clients, and the respective operational department.

     

    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing leadership, coaching and day-to-day management of 100+ banking professionals
    • Defining and achieving SLAs and KPIs
    • Coordinating of cross functional projects on international level
    • Collaborate and develop effective relationship with Client and her/his Team
    • Leading the process change including technology and data recommendations
    • To measure cost effectiveness
    • Adhering to Financial Controls including SOX
    • Reporting to senior management in the Group

     

    The ideal candidates will have a combination of the following experience

    • University degree, Masters degree
    • Usually 3 to 4 years experience in day to day management of various teams in a demanding environment
    • Experience in banking or BPO area
    • Good Knowledge on Operations / Workflow Management
    • Hands-on and proactive attitude, strong analytical and data modeling skills
    • Knowledge of business improvement methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean)
    • Change management experience
    • Good communication skills and very good English (Spanish or German a plus)
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
