Over the next few years, GDS Poland will increase the number of IT professionals in its center to develop and support EY’s business and internal applications.     EY Technology team maintains and enhances EY’s IT infrastructure and works for our internal clients across the globe. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
    The Strategic Workforce Planning & Implementation (SWPI) Organization Design Data Lead for Workforce Alignment is responsible for delivering the ongoing organization design data management to schedule, budget and quality.  To be successful in delivering large scale organizational transformation, the role requires mastery of the technical knowledge of program and project management inter-related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.  Excellent knowledge in related processes such as portfolio management, methods and tools and quality assurance is also required.  Additionally, knowledge of the people data related processes toolsets used by the organization is required.  The SWPI Workforce Alignment Organization Design Data Lead must have mastery in data analytics, stakeholder relationship management skills to successfully lead and manage the program/project teams and program/project stakeholders, and have expertise recognized and requested by customers.
    • Successfully manage delivery people data required by the Workforce Alignment and related projects within SWPI to agreed schedule, budget and scope
    • Manage the development of processes and tools to support people data management and ensure delivery of the solution to schedule, budget and scope
    • Develop objectives, phasing and content of the people data management to deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescales
    • Manage to the objectives and plan by thorough risk, issue and change management across the project
    • Support and direct activities to all core resources assigned to the project
    • Ensure that quality project standards are met through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables
    • Work within defined governance processes for Talent, SWPI and Technology Transformation overall
    • Coordinates with the multiple functions needed to deliver other programs and tracks interdependent programs underway in other parts of IT
    • Monitor and control the work to ensure that the program/project remains on track and in control
    • Plan for and manage change
    • Interface and communicate with program/project team, management and stakeholders
    • Manage project work and resources to enable successful and timely completion of the program/project
    • Perform gate reviews and quality assurance reviews with all aspects of IT organization and business sponsors
    • Deliver programs/projects aligned to overall business and technology strategies and architectures
    • Manage external contracts and suppliers where required

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Degree at university level
    • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience of managing IT programs/projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for large, complex programs/projects typically more than $5m in value and 18 months in duration
    • Deep knowledge of people data tools and repositories, and supporting processes for maintaining quality of data
    • Mastery of program/project management methodology, tools and templates (includes program/project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management)
    • Management skills to manage one or more large, complex programs/projects simultaneously
    • Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
    • Extensive experience of delivery that includes the use of supplier and off-shore resources
    • Superior experience in managing to contract; ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform in accordance with original agreement
    • IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all program/project phases – plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (includes negotiation)
    • Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
