    Summary of the role


    You will be assigned a selection of countries and you will be responsible for the daily allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments from our ACN customers and IBO’s. This relates to allocation of payments into the ACN systems as well as ensuring all payment files are received and matched with bank statements. In addition, you will be responsible for processing refunds and chargebacks for all countries.


    Main tasks:


    Daily 

    • Ensure the correct loading & posting of payments and match them to the correct ledger accounts. 
    • Receive payment information in all active ACN countries and identify transactions failing validation check (unallocated cash); manually allocate receipts and non-electronic payments as required
    • Reconcile the incoming payment files on with the statements from the banks. Ensure payment files are correct.
    • Engage in and process payments disputes, chargebacks,
    • Populate relevant information in spread sheets for refunds
    • Escalate issues that may occur to Payment Specialist
    • Assist with reporting related to payments, as required
    • Manage internal and Customer enquiries using external and ACN internal systems for designated countries

    Monthly 

    • Analyse payment methods usage and statistics,
    • Assist in bad debt analysis
    • Collate  information from available reports to produce an overview of the teams KPI’s

    Required skills & experience

    • MBO+ level/Bachelor degree
    • Work experience in a similar position (1 year preferable)
    • Communication and Language skills: fluent written and spoken English is essential. Other European language is an asset.
    • Computer Literate, MS Excel Skills is a must.
