    Our Client, an international corporation, is opening for its European finance operations, a new SSC in Cracow. We are currently looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an international and multicultural organization
    • Fluent English skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention for details
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
    • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to changes
    • Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Facilitate meetings, manage calendars, organize business trips, etc.
    • Meetings organization
    • Support team events and workshops
    • Support in the administration area
    • Ordering office supplies
