Planning Coordinator
Location: Warsaw

Joining CHEP planning team, you will be responsible for analyzing and planning orders according to customers’ demand for palleting solutions. Your task will be to ensure material and equipment resources are in place for the South Central Europe region. Forecasting demand and ensuring business commitments are met will also belong to your day, while working with SAP, JDA, Excel, Power BI, Blue View tools.

 

Your future challenge:

  • Analysing data and preparing plans to secure stock at warehouses
  • Controlling storage, stock rotation, stock levels to ensure appropriate capacity at plants
  • Working with the forecasts and planning orders via plannogram tool
  • Ensuring availability of materials in South Central Europe
  • Controlling stock levels at manufacturers and ensuring volumes are planned correctly
  • Preventing overstorage and ensuring handling capacities are utilized properly
  • Controling production and the right sources location
  • Ensuring proper levels of safety stocks
  • Cooperation with other supply chain and commercial departments

Your profile:

  • 1 year of experience in planning, ideally with exposure to logistics, supply chain, distribution or shipping
  • University degree in logistics or statistics
  • Advanced English
  • Strong analytical skills combined with very good communicaiton and organizing skills
  • Ability to work big data in Excel
