For our Client, an international investment bank, we are looking for candidates to join a presentation team located within a shared service center facility based in Wroclaw.

Job Description:

As a Junior Presentation Operator you will generate high quality presentation material, in a timely manner and liaise with Quality Coordinators, Operations Manager and Client representatives over instructions, quality and workflow. 

You will have an opportunity to create presentations in accordance with the templates and corporate guidelines outlined by the Client. To produce work of a high standard in terms of accuracy and quality, to liaise with the bankers in a professional and helpful manner at all times, and to ensure that a smooth hand-over occurs with the operators on other shifts. 

Typical tasks:

  • Creating and merging PowerPoint presentations that supports consultants in the communication and interaction with their clients
  • Translating the consultants' data and conceptual drafts into well-devised charts and exhibits, and reworking existing material according to the consultants' specifications
  • Providing this service for consultants in a team with other graphics operators, ensuring an accurate, efficient, and timely completion of all assigned jobs
  • Creation and updates of standard slides
  • Proactively assisting the team and the engagement manager in the day to day running of the engagement
  • General formatting and consistency check in Client style
  • Conversions into Client style
  • Creating PDFs
  • Scanning for OCR extraction
  • Data entry and copy typing
  • Proofing of their own work product

Requirements:

  • Very good written and verbal English
  • Experience of working in MS Office especially with Power Point at intermediate level
  • Good numerical skills
  • Meticulous, attention to details
  • Confident and calm manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to raise questions
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to respond well to feedback
  • Ability to be able to get on with and work closely with a team
  • A typing speed of at least 40 wpme
  • To display an adaptable and flexible approach
