    Primary Market Manager,

    We are looking for a Primary Market Manager to join the Primary Control Tower - EMEA Logistics organization - to lead the team of 10 planners with different level of seniority who are in charge of transportation planning of finished goods to Sales Clusters. 

    A regular day at work:
    Every day your main goal will be to contribute to the development of the Primary Transportation strategy and deliver the best-in-class Primary – from factory to warehouse or customers - transportation planning service always coupled with a cost-effective approach. Moreover, you will be in a constant connection with Logistic Market Managers and Sales Organization of the assigned Clusters to manage transportation plans according to agreed targets of costs and service. You will manage and lead your team to achieve their best.

    • Mentoring others. You enjoy helping others grow, always keen to share your knowledge and hear out other perspectives.
    • Teamwork oriented. In this role cross-functional collaboration is everything, so you should be comfortable in dealing with people with different backgrounds and responsibility, valuing and leading teamwork approach.
    • Good listener and communicator. You will become the spider in the web and work with other Electrolux departments on a daily basis – therefore these attributes are keys for making projects run smoothly.
    Education & experience:
    • University/MSc degree (Economy, Transportation or Engineering preferred) Computer literacy - good knowledge of Transport IT Systems OTM, SAP  
    • Min 5-7 years’ working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain in an international company
    • Min 1-2 years’ experience in leading people 
    • Fluent English 
    • Any other language spoken in Europe could be an advantage
