    Our Client operates as an international organization with a worldwide delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for the group companies.


    Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

    Process Automation Expert


    • Min. 3 years of professional experience, preferably in process automation, continuous improvement, data analysis, IT or similar role
    • Very good command of English, both written and spoken (C1)
    • Knowledge of German will be an asset
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and VBA
    • Very good command of MS Access and SQL
    • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SAP Scripting or CSS
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset
    • Organizational skills and/or project management skills
    • Ability to work independently on given tasks
    • Flexibility and adaptability


    Process Automation Expert is responsible for improving services delivered by LGBS by creating solutions that will increase process efficiency and output quality. In addition person on this position will maintain automation tools that are already in place, provides trainings (optionally) and advice internal clients in choosing best solutions to automate certain activities.

    • Proactively search process automation opportunities across the organization
    • Deliver tools in multiple technologies, i.e. VBA, MS Access, SharePoint, SAP Scripting, Robotics Process Automation
    • Advise to customers about technical solutions that can optimize/automate processes
    • Design and conduct workshops and trainings in selected areas of specialization
    • Design and implement multiplatform solutions that contribute significantly to organization saving targets
    • Manage automation projects and project portfolios
    • Provide technical support and trainings for team members
    • Back-up Team Manager with managing work distribution in team
    • Build and manage process automation environment
