Your responsibilities
Identifies and ensures on-going process improvements in finance and accounting area
Implements process changes and updates procedures
Analyzes and maps financial processes
Analyzes and reports KPIs
Collects specifications and requirements for automation projects
Leads/supports projects within organizations
Manages user expectations and work collaboratively across the enterprise
Helps the team to improve efficiency
Provides trainings and coaches the team in a daily work
Consistently follows all internal policies and procedures
Our requirements
At least 3-4 years of practical experience in financial processes including R2R/ GL activities, month-end close process, balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries or
Experience in financial audit/ consulting
Knowledge of finance, accounting principles and practices
Experience in working with ERP class systems (SAP preferred)
Proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge will be an advantage)
Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Sharepoint, Power Bi, Power Automate will be an advantage
Excellent analytical skills
Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English
Additional European Language skills (not including Polish) would be advantageous but not essential
