    Client Details

    Join multinational company, work with people from different countries for our very good client - sixth largest global plastic packaging company in the world.


    • Specific procurement initiative deployment and coordination, supervise over resources, monitor progress, report status and manage risks/delays
    • Category KPIs, vendor evaluation
    • Category lead (transportation, warehousing)
    • Procurement tools stewardship (Transporeon, Ticontract, Ariba Reverse Auction)
    • Negotiating with suppliers
    • Category lead back up
    • Implement and develop initiatives that deliver business requirements across assurance of supply, quality, service, cost savings and reduce lead times
    • Build relationships with suppliers and develop risk mitigation strategies to provide secure and cost effective sources for commodities




    • Higher education (min. bachelor's degree)
    • Experience in similar post is advantage
    • Good transport/logistic processes understanding
    • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
    • German and/or French is advantage
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
    • Other analytical tools knowledge is advantage
    • Negotiation skills

    • Willing to travel 70% of time
