    Procurement Specialist

    Herbalife Finance & Operations Service Centre - Krakow

     

    The role:

    Procurement Specialist will be part of newly created EMEA Procurement Operations team that will be responsible for day to day procurement transactions. Procurement Specialist will be responsible for processing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders with suppliers and supporting best practices use of Oralce iProcurement. Procurement specialist will be also responsible for supporting correct usage of GL accounting. He/she will support team in solving vendor issues and improve Procure-to-Pay processes.


    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver a high quality, professional day to day service, within agreed SLAs
    • Process and validate Purchase Requisitions based on Business needs
    • Review price quotations against Purchase Requisitions and convert to Purchase Orders
    • Verify quality of purchase request
    • Act as buyers for allocated entities / markets
    • Verification of GL account correctness
    • Coordinate and follow up on all outstanding PR approvals
    • Ensure compliance to Procurement policy and procedures
    • Identify savings opportunities
    • Provide support to Requestors both via email and phone
    • Prepare reports
    Requirements:
    • Understanding of procurement operations
    • Min 2 years of relevant procurement experience
    • Understanding of Procure 2 Pay process
    • Good understanding of accounting principles (chart of accounts, invoice coding)
    • Very good spoken & written English
    • Customer Service oriented
    • Analytical mindset
    • Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
    • Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
    • Experience in Oracle iProcurement would be an asset
