Job description
  • Develop, own and execute product roadmap
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and the needs of customers and build an outstanding product experience
  • Turn data insights into decisions and products with the highest business value
  • Communicate vision, roadmap and progress to key stakeholders, including product and engineering leadership enabling them to challenge you
  • Identify the business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables and spot opportunities and risk
  • Define product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria for cross functional team
  • Act as an ambassador for the product with passion and ownership convincing and inspiring people around you with can do attitude
  • Solve product related problems, make decisions, analyze customer needs and market
  • Create an inclusive team environment, while challenging and inspiring your team to perform at their best
Requirements
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in independent PO role,
  • You have technical background with business acumen,
  • You have knowledge of Agile process and principles,
  • You have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • You have already gained insight into product topics in the past and enjoyed taking the responsibility – ideally in an e-commerce environment,
  • You have entrepreneurial mindset,
  • You love to work in a cross functional team which is fully responsible for the business outcome,
  • You have a strong understanding of your products' users - not afraid of their challenges,
  • You don´t only deliver, you discover, experiment and validate your hypotheses,
  • You have a strong relationship building skills and you are a great communicator,
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal,
  • You have a high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability,
  • You act autonomously in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction, (outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills).
