    Production Control Manager

    Main duties:

    1. Manufacturing and Assembly Planning control- responsible for the:

    • Load and Capacity Planning: to determine the level of capacity, i.e. people, machines and processes that are required to manufacture, assemble and verify all products. Ensure high level of efficiency and maximise utilisation of existing capacity.
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP): to ensure the most efficient levels of materials in production and stock to meet customer demand.
    • Shop floor control: responsible for effective shop floor planning and control within manufacturing and assembly.
    • Be the process owner and drive continuous improvements.

    2. Inventory management - manage inventory and ensure that purchased material is converted into saleable product as fast as possible and sell it to release cash.

    3. Physical logistic
    s - to lead and be operationally responsible for the transport of goods from raw material to serial finished products and spares deliveries. Define the future strategy of logistic services ensuring development to meet the business and customer demands.

    4.New Product Introduction
    coordination from a programme management perspective

    5.Sales, Purchasing & Contractual
    – responsible for sales and purchasing with global purchasing, and contractual activities for green field facility. It includes indirect purchasing (Capex and Make suppliers). Participation in the preparation and implementation of the Group's purchasing policy

    Rolls-Royce is looking for a high-skilled Production Control & Indirect Purchasing Manager to join project team dedicated to establishment of advanced manufacturing green field facility. Successful candidate will take ownership for managing activities related with Planning & Control, Sales, Purchasing & Contractual activities and will define and implement factory ERP system. The role is reporting directly to the Managing Director.

    Location: Podkarpackie

    Key requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Proactive approach with excellent planning and organisational skills.
    • Strong knowledge and working experience with ERP systems.
    • Familiar with MRP operating principles.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools and applications.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Ability to anticipate situations and problem solve under pressure.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • High level of business ethics.
