    Project Analyst in Supply Chain

    The Project Analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering project implementation plans related to the implementation of Advanced Scheduling (AS) for inbound scheduling in the Central Material Scheduling team. He/She will also be responsible to deliver an effective interface configuration between AS and the new Transport Management System (TMS) currently being implemented by Logistics. During the regional rollout phase, there may be periods in which the local production planning teams could be short of sufficiently trained and skilled production schedulers. The Project Analyst will be a flexible and fully trained end-user of the Infor AS solution who will fill such periodic gaps in the local planning teams.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • To co-ordinate all Central Material Scheduling (CMS) work-stream activities related to the implementation of Advanced Scheduling (AS)
    • Develop and own the CMS implementation plan for AS in the CMS
    • Represent the CMS in all AS project calls
    • Engage in testing activities on behalf of the CMS
    • Prepare master data prior to go-live
    • Communicate target operating model into the CMS
    • Act as AS super user for scheduling queries raised by the CMS schedulers as well as by local production schedulers
    • Visit plants and warehouses throughout deployment preparation and go-live
    • Feed non-standard activities back to the project team for definition of to be process
    • Act as AS production scheduler in case of shortages in the local production planning teams


    • Min. 3 years of Engineering background and production planning experience
    • University degree in Supply Chain/Finance/Logistics/Management
    • Project management skills and experience
    • Change management and influencing skills
    • Must be open to regular travel (about 25%)
    • Capacity to manage multiple disparate and connected tasks
    • Experience in working across the region using a mixture of face-to-face and virtual techniques
    • Demonstrated presentation, leadership and motivational skills
    • Understanding of an End to End supply chain and planning processes and/or systems
    • Capacity to rapidly learn new skills and methods /business/function
    • Needs to be a highly motivated and resilient individual
    • Ability to credibly engage frontline operational teams as well as the regional and global project teams.
