    Global Transformation is a dedicated team that helps shape and implements strategic change for HSBC. Combining our change expertise and experience with our HSBC knowledge and network, we work hand in hand with our business and delivery partners across the world to deliver the important changes needed to achieve HSBC’s aim: to be the world’s leading international bank. Currently we are looking for Business Analyst to support Global Private Banking (GPB).

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Plan, mobilize and direct projects of high complexity and scale from inception to closure,
    • End to end delivery of multiple workstreams of large projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. Projects can be standalone or form part of a programme,
    • Deploy the HSBC Project Management framework and other Global Change Delivery frameworks within the project,
    • Closely work with Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers and Global Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviors.



    • More than 3 years professional experience working on complex project with multiple stakeholders in different countries,
    • Banking industry knowledge
    • Self-driven and proactive,
    • Fluent English, ability to speak other European Languages is an advantage,
    • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability,
    • Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure,
    • Fluent in financial and budget management,
    • Experienced in project tracking, reporting and governance,
    • Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools,
    • Proven project management qualification (PMP, MSP) is an advantage.
