We are currently looking for:

Project Office Administrator

The PMO Administrator will be responsible for support the day-to-day running of the Business Technology Programme Management Office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining programme/project documentation (Project Schedules, Status Reports)
  • Producing reports and metrics for the management (Portfolio Management)
  • Performing core administration tasks: preparation of email correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes, ad-hoc reports etc.
  • Administration of the Project Office databases including the PMO Mailbox, Project Repositories etc.
  • Assisting in creating and implementing PMO processes, and keeping process manuals up to date.

Our requirements:

  • Degree in a related discipline (Project Management, Business Management or other)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience in an international environment
  • Very good MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio will be a strong asset)
  • Knowledge and/or experience of Project Management methodologies, processes and tools will be an advantage
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast changing environment
  • Learning agility
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence senior management and colleagues in peer group
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, including the ability to synthesize information and form recommendations
  • Excellent team working skills. The individual should be highly self-motivated, and able to motivate other associates to achieve results
  • Ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment
  • Spotless record and strong ethos.
