Purchasing Administrator
Workplace: Wrocław - pl. Nowy Targ

Tasks Purchasing:

  • Purchase order management:
    • Electronic order processes (SAP SRM)
    • Non electronic (manual/paper based) processes
  • Operative tasks
    • Monitoring of order confirmation
    • Invoice control, verification and clarification
    • Investigation and clarification in case of dunning and misentry
  • Support of Netcare internal processes
    • Notification / information regarding assets (hardware/software) to be charged to customers
    • Collaboration with SAM (software asset management) organization of Fresenius Netcare
  • Maintaining of relevant master data for suppliers, products, catalogue entries
  • Administration of contracts coordinated by Purchasing team in Bad Homburg

Tasks Telecommunications:

  • Handling of telecommunication orders with TC providers for mobile and fixed line communications
    • Order of connections and access
    • Order of mobile devices and SIM cards
    • Blocking, move, termination of connections and SIM cards
    • Support in problem identification and solution (mailboxes, malfunctions etc.)
  • Guidance and advice to field service and internal colleagues
    • Booking of tariffs (national/international)
  • Invoice verification of all TC invoices
    • Monitoring and initiation of changes in regards to cost center allocation, invoice address, service information etc.
    • Investigation and clarification in case of dunning and misentry
    • Allocation and verification of cost center allocation
  • Administration of all TC related data
    • Data management in SAP and all related TC databases

Requirements:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or superior graduate
  • Good knowledge of IT applications (SAP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes)
  • Experience in purchasing processes and tools is beneficial and preferable
  • Experience in telecommunications (mobile/fixed lines) is beneficial and preferable
  • Technical understanding in regards to IT products (hardware, software, telecommunications) and IT processes
  • Good level of English (written and spoken) is required
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, assertiveness, resilience
  • Team-working skills
