Recruitment process in Steering, Processes Division in Lodz for the position of:
Purchasing Solutions and Administration Specialist

TASKS:

  • Coordination and supervision of all purchasing related IT topics within and out of purchasing department on site 
  • Support users in daily usage of all existing IT products for Purchasing - first level support
  • Develop/describe purchasing specific business requirements for the site together with purchases and managers - Cooperation with IT Department
  • Transfer of new B/S/H process changes and implementation on site
  • Data mass changes 
  • Support in definition and implementation of department specific batch jobs in SAP 
  • Test activities for SAP releases/versioning 3 times a year
  • Active support for assurance of data quality and security

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • Commercial University degree
  • Fluent English is a must, Good German will be an asset.
  • 3 years professional experience, Purchasing experience will be an asset.  
  • Very good knowledge of purchasing related IT systems (ERP, SRM, eSourcing, etc,) is a must.
  • Strong analytic skills
  • High self motivation
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong personal Initiative, Assertiveness, Team Player
  • Ability to manage your task in a timely manner
