    PanLink is a contract manufacturer specializing in the assembly of cable harness, modules, and complete products.     Quality Engineer
    Miejsce pracy: Tczew


    The successful candidate will manage and develop both our operative quality and supplier quality. The candidate will be responsible for measurement preparation, measurement, result analysis and approval of samples. The position is mainly based in Tczew and reports to the Quality Manager, PanLink.

    Key Job Activities

    • Act as the important link between Engineering, Production and the Customer/Supplier on quality related issues such as samples, corrective actions and claims.
    • Together with the Sourcing organization evaluate, audit and develop suppliers and their quality
    • Drive continuous improvement and quality activities that will benefit PanLink and our customers/suppliers
    • Together with the Quality Manager, PanLink ensure that the necessary competences and tools are both available and understandable to meet the needs in the Business plan
    • Support our sales and purchasing teams in activities towards customers or suppliers
    • The Quality Engineer will be a part of PanLink global Quality Team and from time to time be involved in activities outside PanLink

    Candidate profile

    • At least 5 years experience in an international manufacturing environment, preferable within the automotive segment.
    • Proven skills within measuring (i.e. electronics and mechanics)
    • At least three years experience as an Quality Engineer
    • Experience with common tools such as PPAP, SQAP, FMEA, Design Control
    • Documented knowledge of ISO standards ISO9001 and ISO 14001

    Other skills

    • Technical education on university level, driving license
    • Six sigma, black belt and training in IPC 620 is a plus
    • Fluent in English, good communication and social skills
    • Ability to make decisions and to lead a team in a successful and profitable manner
    • Be able to work under pressure
