    Recruiting Coordinator

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    You will be involved in the following activities:

    • Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition, HR/Line Managers and candidates;
    • Actively involved in designing innovative and creative recruitment programs and hiring initiatives; Posting of all open positions in the internal recruitment tool, external job boards and social network platforms;
    • Coordinate recruitment system data entry, reporting and regularly summarize recruitment metrics;
    • Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and selection to ensure fit to Company values and environment;
    • Assist with data base searches and CV screening process;
    • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs;
    • Under general direction conduct phone screening and facilitate candidate testing;
    • Set up candidates’ interviews – phone/video/in-house;
    • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to provide interview feedback and discuss/schedule next steps if necessary;
    • Maintain high-touch and proactive direct communication with candidates during the recruitment life cycle;
    • Assist with special HR projects – opportunity to gain experience in other areas of HR.

    We are looking for:

    • Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    • Fluency in English;
    • Good oral presentation skills and written communication skills;
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
    • Ability to own and manage projects; excellent time management skills are required;
    • Ability to partner with all levels in the organization in a professional manner and handle confidential information;
    • Self-starter attitude with high level of motivation.
