    Description

    Regulatory Foresight and Strategy function has been established within Regulatory Strategy and Business Change division to develop an enterprise view of Regulatory Obligations and Commitments across the company, enabling strong compliance to new regulations and the bank to approach delivery in the most efficient way. Achievement of these objectives requires analysis of those regulations and senior management understanding of key prospective regulatory developments and trends.

     

    This role is within the central Sourcing team which looks after identification and logging of the rule changes globally.

     

    You will be responsible for a growing variety of tasks such as:

    • Sourcing, understanding and high level assessment of regulations to identify those impactful to Credit Suisse Group.
    • Enrichment of Regulatory Alerts by assignment of relevant taxonomy and description enhancement to present information in accessible way to recipients.
    • Communication to a diverse group of impacted stakeholders including senior management to ensure that any new regulatory change requirements have appropriate implementation owner assigned.
    • Relationship management with variety of stakeholders as well as cross-divisional team members to gain the knowledge of the Credit Suisse operations in various regions as well as ensure the high level of service provided.
    • Contribute to the development of central knowledge repository for the Credit Suisse.
    • Leading ad-hoc projects which aim to enhance current processes, increase efficiency as well as improve the final product delivery.

    Qualifications

    • You have at least 3 years’ experience financial area, preferably in regulatory or compliance environment.
    • You are fluent in English (knowledge of any other language will be a plus).
    • You possess an excellent analytical skills, a structured and result-driven way of working and ability to get things done in a virtual environment.
    • You have excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability and confidence to discuss issues at senior level.
    • You show enthusiasm and positive approach in overcoming challenges.
    • You demonstrate solid attention to detail, a ‘can do’ attitude with ability to solve issues in effective and collaborative manner.
    • You can work well in dynamic and changeable environment and deliver on deadlines on time.
    • You have the ability to positively question the status-quo and strive for improvements.
    • You are a self-starter, motivated for professional development.
