The Rolls-Royce HR Shared Service Centre is part of the Rolls-Royce Group Business Services organization which delivers essential support across numerous business functions. The key purpose of our work is to provide a wide range of effective and customer-oriented HR services to around 30,000 Rolls-Royce employees across Europe.

We are currently looking for:

Reporting Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality and customer friendly HR reports and analysis
  • Delivering standard reports as per agreed schedule and develop ad hoc reports as required
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders to develop strategic reporting requirements
  • Responding to requests for a variety of on-demand Human Resources
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely manner and friendly fashion
  • Cooperation with other team members
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities
  • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Higher Education
  • 3-4 years of experience, preferable in shared service/corporate environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Advanced working knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (Workday / SAP HR / MyLearning) would be an asset
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats
  • Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately
  • Ability to work independently and within the team
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage workflow/projects on a daily basis to achieve stretching targets
  • Ability to manage effective relationships with customers and other areas of HR, inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to priorities and meet demanding deadlines and timescales in a fast-moving environment
  • Outside of the box thinking and problem solving-skills
