    Would you like to work in a global organization and travel form time to time?

    Main focus of the role RtR Process Lead is to ensure process excellence across complex RtR operations and to support the migration of processes. The role directly reports to the Global Process Owner for R2R.

    Client Details

    Our Client is a global manufacturing company with advanced engineering solution. For the first time, there is a goal to create European SSC that will serve 7 Countries. It's a strategic initiative for the Group and so we are seeking to recruit an Expert to lead establishment of RtR process who will coordinate work between our Client and partnering BPO.

    Description

    • Perform gap analyses of processes in the local organisation with the agreed Standard Business Processes as designed for the Shared Service Centre.
    • Support changes of local processes, procedure and IT solutions to fit the global standards.
    • Identify need for localisation of processes (approved deviations from standard process designs).
    • Work effectively with Project teams, Global Process Owner and users to find solution for problems and issues arising in the transfer period.
    • Overall responsibility to make sure that local processes are ready for transfer into the Shared Service centre within the project time frame.
    • Provide recommendations for process standardisation and process simplification/automation.
    • Ensure global R2R processes are properly implemented within the shared service centres.

    Profile

    • Experience in shaping R2R processes and leading transition projects (eg. Improvements of Controls, Balance sheets, automation of reporting, SOX, etc).
    • Energetic, proactive and self motivated qualified finance professional with the capability to build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders.
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and motivate teams through periods of high change.
    • Experience of effectively operating in a global organisation with multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience of implementing significant business change across different national and business boundaries.
    • Track record of driving simplification & continuous improvement across key business processes.
