Your responsibilities
Take the lead in day-to-day and periodic reporting of the eCommerce KPIs, covering all business drivers: web merchandising, content, traffic sources, product insights, promotion performance, returns and customer voice across all touchpoints
Build dashboards and workspaces to empower the team with data
Partner with retail / marketing / CRM / BI teams to understand the online customer behaviors and find areas for improvement
Provide clear, concise and credible commercial insights to the eCommerce trading team to boost conversion, basket and sales
Deep dive into numbers to search for patterns, correlations or friction points to drive performance growth
Support cross functional teams with commercial insights around personalization & customer loyalty
Based on data, detect potential for A/B tests, define test’s KPIs and provide result reports with recommendations
Share valuable insights with the organisation to impact positively all eCommerce related functions both on local and global level (eCommerce trading, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations & Call centre)
Develop and train team members in data analysis to foster and nurture a data driven approach to everyday work and decision making
Build and follow up on daily financial and KPI forecasts for eCommerce performance
Support the team around building business cases, doing competitor benchmarking and help to size the impact of potential opportunities
Our requirements
Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted:
At least 2 years’ experience in a data analytical or ecommerce trading role
Experience with site conversion/ optimization using a/b testing and personalization
The ideal candidate must have a solid analytics background, must be able to deliver actionable insights with high accuracy and a strong sense of urgency.
Have a strong background in using Adobe Analytics or equivalent, experience with using BI tools like PowerBI, tableau, Monetate or equivalent
Understanding of key elements impacting eCommerce performance e.g. customer journey management, website personalization, online merchandising, A/B testing, customer segmentation, basket abandonment analysis and competitor benchmarking
Commercially focused on driving online sales and working in a support role within the team
Ability to analyze and communicate complex data in a way that is understandable for all business stakeholders
Ability to translate data findings to opportunities to grow business
Quick learner and adapt to a professional and high-performance work environment
