Sales and Technical Representative

Your responsibilities

  • Remotely sell Medtronic's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals;

  • Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer on internal lead when appropriate;

  • Provide input on new markets, new product introductions and existing products or supplies;

  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services;

  • Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems;

  • Arrange demonstration of products by field sales representatives;

  • Assist the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up;

  • Fully utilize all available sales tool to maximize sales efficiency (Sales Force Dot Com & Vendavo & E-Store) and complete all required administrative tasks (call reports and other KPI and metrics reports).

Our requirements

  • Technical/Medical education degree

  • Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry

  • 3+ years of Remote Sales or Key Account Management experience.

  • Experience with customer relationship management software and SAP etc.

  • Experience and complete knowledge of company products and services

  • Strong “remote” communication and selling skills accompanied with presentation/ communication skills over the phone and ability to track and close deals with customers


  • Commercial successful record, understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities and achievement drive to deal closures

  • Knowledge of Cardiovascular devices

You are a part of VES (Virtual Engagement Solutions) Remote Sales team in Poland and work closely with the Field Sales and Marketing Team as well as the customer care, tender operation, commercial excellence. You report directly to the Virtual Engagement Solutions Lead in Poland.
