    Fortaco Wrocław Team is looking for candidates for the position of:
    Sales Engineer
    Miejsce pracy: Wrocław


    Sales Engineer role is to:

    • Ensures that sales responsible (KAM/Sales Manager) has sufficient (in a timely, accurate and efficient manner) customer related services in certain specialist area and to sell specific products / services / solutions to named customer under supervision and instructions set by KAM / Sales Manager
    • Responsible for selected customer accounts according to instruction given by KAM / Sales Manager
    • Daily customer relationship included forecast handling, order follow up, technical changes and maintaining price lists
    • Prepare offers and technical sales development
    • Follow up of product costs and product profitability
    • Follow customer projects from offer to hand over to production
    • Supporting Sales Manager/KAM/Project Manager in certain issues/projects
    • Close cooperation with engineering, production and procurement
    • Customer feedback


    The successful candidate should have:

    • Master Degree in Economics or Engineering
    • Good customer service skills
    • Modern office programs and tools usage skills (MS-Office, SAP/Movex)
    • Technical with commercial attidute or commercial with technical attidute
    • Project Management knowledge
    • Min 3 years experience with customer relationships or commersial business
    • Experience of an international working environment
    • Interest and capability to understand technical issues
    • Result orientated and self-motivated
    • Good team player
    • Eagerness to take responsibility and problem solving abilities
    • Analytic way of thinking with an eye for business potentials
    • Good presentation and negotiation skills
    • Fluent in Polish and English

    As an asset:

    • Fluency in other EU language, both in speaking and in writing like German, French, Swedish
      or Finnish
    • Experience from welding and/or automotive business
