    Sales Manager for Poland

    Region Name: dolnośląskie

    Your Responsibilities:

    • You will be the Sales/Channel representative for Poland
    • You should drive the entire sales cycle in your territory - from initial customer engagement to closed sales (hunting)
    • You should also cultivate strong and long-term relationships with our partner companies and customers (farming)
    • You should develop and maintain Territory Plans, which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis as well as Key Account Plans that identify opportunities for our company to deliver value to the main stakeholders of our clients
    • You should develop high level account relationships (C-level) and serve as a trusted consultant to our customers
    • The industries of focus are mainly Industrial Manufacturing, Light Engineering, Construction and Automotive, but are not limited to those.

    Position requirements:

    • A University degree would be a plus
    • 7+ years sales of experience in the B2B market with a proven track record of success
    • Experience in the fastening and rivet industries are a big plus
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with the top management and owners of our customers and partners
    • Ability to develop strategies of penetrating and selling to large entities
    • Ability to work independently; a self-motivator
    • Native Polish and decent English are a must. Spanish is a plus. Russian is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within Poland and to Brno, occasionally - to other European territories.
    • The ideal candidate would be a native Polish, living in one of the following cities or nearby them: Wroclaw, Katowice, Krakow, Bielsko-Biala, Czestochowa or Lodz.
    • The candidate will be an employee of the Czech office in Brno, but is expected to spend most of his/her time in Poland.
