    Our Client is a premier, global specialty chemicals company which operates in more than 100 countries serving customers in a wide range of consumer and industrial markets, including adhesives, architectural coatings, automotive, construction, energy, food and beverage, personal care and pharmaceutical.

    We are currently looking for Candidates to take the position of: 

    Sales Manager Pharma

    (based in Warsaw and working with clients from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus)



    Main purpose of the job:


    The aim of the function is to drive the business growth by developing existing accounts and win new clients according to Pharma BU strategy.


    Key tasks and scope of responsibilities:

    • Create & execute business plan for assigned Pharma customers in to achieve sales and profit targets.
    • Provide advisory and technical support for Pharmaceutical clients within the area.
    • Manage and serve all multinationals in line with global standard on KA Management line. Monitor pricing, provide appropriate forecast, keep close contacts with all KA's Managers.
    • Manage and control distributor's activities. Support distributor in business development activities.
    • Organize technical seminars, participate in major local and pan European events      in pharmaceutical industry.
    • Provide accurate quarterly and monthly sales forecast.
    • Closely cooperate with Technical Experts to develop solutions according to client needs. 

    Successful Candidates will have:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience on sales management position in the chemical/pharma industry and working with clients from Eastern Europe.
    • Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy or science related.
    • Fluent Russian and English.
    • In-depth understanding of the Pharma industry and key market players business strategy.
    • Strong business development and sales execution skills.
    • Strong track of record of collaboration with extensive stakeholders ecosystems.
    • Proven ability to create strong relationships with customers.
    • Thorough Business Planning & Project Coordination skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Results driven self starter.
