Hemp Evolution is Seeking a passionate, driven, hands-on individual to serve as a Sales manager. This person enjoys picking up the phone and interacting with customers to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. The candidate will be extroverted, an excellent communicator, proficient in use of CRM systems, and have an ability to manage multiple, simultaneous activities.

This is a sales role and we are looking for sales processional with a track record of growing potential customer base and closing contracts in highly competitive and fast-growing market.

Sales Manager

Key duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Energetically prospect and effectively close new business for the company
  • Generate qualified leads through direct outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain and continue to advance current customer base
  • Maintain CRM system updated on timely manner and in details with planned or executed contact and other correspondence with existing or potential customers
  • Collect competitive intelligence information and suggest ideas to improve competitiveness
  • Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Uphold expert-level knowledge of Hemp Evolution suite of products and services to effectively promote our business objectives

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or chemistry or relevant industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years International B2B Sales or Key account sales experience with strong track record of success (wholesale or direct sales experience is preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of sales techniques including consultative selling
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up company experiencing high growth
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills is required
  • Microsoft Office skills should be intermediate or advanced level
  • Self-motivation and result oriented
