    Sales Representative / Sales Engineer

    The Sales Representative is responsible to sign new contracts and develop quickly the sales of his (her) sector in accordance with Air Liquide policy;  he (she) will then make sure that we are providing customers with excellent service and sell Air Liquide products and services to both existing and potential customers. 

    Your key responsibilities and challenges will be: 

    • Finding new clients by:
      • developing strategic plans and schedules to capt key potential clients;
      • sizing offer to clients needs keeping in mind the profitability and feasibility for/by Air Liquide;
      • developing and using marketing tools adapted to the needs of the client;
      • collaborating with the team (technical experts) to propose innovating ideas to make the difference with the client;
      • conducting successful negotiations. 
    • Establishing, developing and maintaining your clients portfolio by:
      • ensuring its full satisfaction: anticipate and/or analyze the deviations and propose corrective actions;
      • devoting most of your time visiting selected customers for their business potential;
      • identifying key interlocutors and developing a long term relationships with them;
      • adapting your offers to maintain or restore the competitive advantage of Air Liquide among your clients;
      • proposing innovating ideas to increase client’s loyalty and profitability of the existing contracts. 
    • Compiling market information and developing your knowledge of Air Liquide products and services by:
      • relying on the group’s business and technical experts;
      • collecting information about competitors and market evolutions;
      • keeping and updating client information in CRM. 

    As the ideal candidate, you should have:

    • Higher Education 
    • Experience of working in a sales position for at least 1  year in a very competitive environment 
    • Strong drive for results, accountability and independence
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Motivation for industry
    • Team spirit
    • Ability to negotiate 
    • Good written/spoken English (B1 level)
    • Driving license
