    Security Operations Centre Manager

    Workplace: Kraków
    Region Name: małopolskie

    The Security Operation Centre (SOC), is responsible for coordinating first level response of LEAP’s global AWS production environments, and auditing and reporting of the information security posture of those environments.

    You will be a natural problem solver with a long history of engaging is secure programming practices, white hat hacking, vulnerability assessment auditing and/or information security analysis/management. You will have lead a team previously and have experience with shift working. You always care about doing the best for others and take pride in always doing the right thing.     • Build and manage SOC team
    • Develop SOC team member’s capabilities
    • Provide operational support when SOC team members are unavailable
    • Create and maintain Information Security policies and documentation.
    • Audit and report on security posture of LEAP production environments, and make recommendations to mitigate risks
    • Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of LEAP production environments
    • Respond to 1st level production issues within local time zone and escalate when required
    • Respond to all security threat threats and escalate when required
    • Perform enterprise risk assessment of production environments

    Key selection criteria

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Proven history of penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and secure coding reviews.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Mastery of analysis and problem solving from issue to resolution.
    • Experience with compliance of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPA or others.
    • Any industry certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, CSEC, CIAC, PCIP) would be highly regarded.
