    The Analytical Solutions Team (AST) is responsible for preparing customized statistical reports for Mercer clients ensuring the required standards of quality and timeliness. Team supports Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, Middle East and Africa.


    • Providing data analyses and customized reports in the area of compensation and benefits to Mercer consultants/clients across EMEA. These analyses may include: market pricings, remuneration benchmark and comparison reports, bespoke surveys, etc.
    • Managing or participating in rewards and benefits projects ranging from compensation and benefits analysis, job evaluation to pay grading systems recommendations
    • Peer-reviewing colleagues’ analyses and reports
    • Ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
    • Developing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants across the EMEA region



    • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the area of compensation and benefits, HR consulting, analytics, data mining
    • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills/experience, ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data and good understanding of statistics
    • Ability to clearly communicate and negotiate expectations
    • Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced and flexible environment
    • Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to identify critical issues and proactively offer solutions
    • Project management experience
    • Fluent written and spoken English
    • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong general computer literacy
    • Problem solving with lean management skills would be considered as a strong advantage
