Senior Client Service Representative - Real Estate

This is a growing, fast changing and challenging environment to work in and we are looking for a candidate with energy and a positive outlook to join our team.
The Real Estate Custody Team has the main function of supervising ownership/safekeeping the assets of Real Estate and Alternative Investment Funds in accordance with regulatory directives. These assets can be in the form of cash, securities, real estate investments, fund of fund investments, private equity, debt instruments, infrastructure etc.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing the documentation and records of fund holdings in real estate and the corporate entities within the Fund structure. The applicant should have a good understanding of Fund structures, transaction financing, and the legal and regulatory requirements with regard to Real Estate holdings. The candidate needs to ensure a high standard of Client Service, responding in an accurate and timely manner to all client inquiries and to pro-actively anticipate client’s needs.
Maintaining high quality operating standards, procedures and quality controls
Ensure efficient operation of daily processing and functions
Communicate professionally, and constructively to effectively address and resolve problems
Assess client demands and define priorities
Identify risks and escalate when required.

Legal knowledge specifically related to property conveyance
Global Custody operational tasks
Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund directives, products and vehicle structures
Strong aptitude for numbers and figures
Ability to work independently and accurately while meeting strict deadlines
Be able to work within a small dynamic team in a fast-moving / changing environment
Fluency in English
German or French is an asset
