    Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

    Lead the delivery and expansion of the CI deployment in the Trading & Supply (T&S) Finance organization beyond the existing scope, delivering value to the bottom line, growing capability and CI culture. Focused on leading the CI deployment across T&S Finance with key staff locations in London, Houston and Singapore.

    Partner and align with T&S business CI teams to drive process improvements beyond Finance processes in line with the business strategy. Integrate CI improvement plans with key stakeholders’ strategic priorities

    Help drive process performance improvement (efficiency, effectiveness, compliance) through a rigorous application of the appropriate methodology including Lean Sigma in line with strategic objectives of Finance.

    Lead complex Continuous Improvement projects prioritized by the organization, from scoping to delivery. Deliver robust coaching support to frontline staff, frontline team leaders and managers with the goal of delivering value to the business while building CI capability within the T&S Finance organization.

    Monitor and track value delivery benefits in line with function/business priorities. Deliver training on CI methodology including awareness for senior stakeholders

    Requirements
    • BSc. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
    • At least 5 years of direct CI experience with Lean and Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma BB certification required. LSS MBB certification preferred
    • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply CI concepts in a practical and pragmatic manner. Knowledge of Trading & Supply business a plus
    • Strong Change Management and Project Management expertise. Experience with digital technologies an advantage
    • Demonstrated strong analytical, interpretive and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex information and prepare concise, compelling presentations
    • Demonstrated strong training and workshop facilitation skills
    • Very good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to foster strong working relationships quickly.
    • Demonstrated strong practitioner and leadership coaching skills
    • Self-motivated and proactive individual with demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority
