About the project
We are building a platform to manage the ad supply chain for most of the available channels (Netflix, Spotify, ads on London Underground, BBC radio, etc). The clients are big companies like Coca-Cola, Nike, or P&G and in fact their marketing teams.
The task of the platform is to provide users with the opportunity to learn about the cost of placing ads and then buy (in an auction system) these places, allocate and reallocate advertising budgets, and upload ad files (banners, audio, video, etc). Total management and monitoring of all advertising campaigns. The platform will include integrating multiple platforms and unifying their ad buyback/bidding systems.
Your responsibilities
Develop new user-facing features.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with other team members and clients.
Our requirements
4+ years of proven commercial experience in developing user interfaces using React.
Experience with state management patterns and solutions (e.g. Redux / Vuex / Mobx).
Strongly experienced with testing methodologies for the front-end world (JS Unit tests, E2E tests).
A high degree of proficiency and understanding in HTML/CSS.
Experience in Git.
High attention to detail.
Experience working in a Scrum.
Fluent in English with great communication skills.
Experience in working with REST/GraphQL APIs.
Basic understanding of tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or Zeplin.
Optional
Flutter / React Native / Native Script / Ionic experience.
Python experience.
Cypress experience.
Experience in leading a team (both: tech lead skills and mentorship attitude are highly appreciated).
