Senior Product Designer

Your key responsibilities:

  • Contributing to projects for clients from all over the world
  • Developing and improving your skills fast
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and project stakeholders
  • Designing world-class products (solving real design problems, not just painting pretty pictures)
  • Conducting studies, analyses and user testing
  • Research in a domain of UX and Design around leads that DO OK has in a funnel,
  • Identifying and understanding client markets and industries
  • Designing front-face of impactful digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate revenue
  • Supporting Revenue Team in daily operations with particular emphasis on working with Business Analysts, Product Owners, or Software Architects to advance leads through the funnel with your expertise in UX/UI/Lean
  • Monitor performance of existing or designed by DO OK solutions and regularly and accurately challenging them.

Main requirements for this role:

  • More than four years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written communication skills and command of the English language (CEFR C1+).
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design solutions across a breadth of business verticals, with attention to Health, IoT, or FinTech industries
  • Exceptional communication skills and team-working skills
  • Case studies demonstrating that you can build UIs based on business goals, set KPIs, and do research on users and strategy
  • Ability to thrive with deadlines and competitive goals.
  • Comfortable collaborating with a team to get tasks completed as well as working independently.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and a can-do attitude

Must have skills:

  • You know UI design principles and you have worked with different frameworks for both mobile and web platforms,
  • You have a strong experience working with design systems, you can easily keep them updated and functional over time
  • You can use tools to document your design and you lead the development team to match your project quality
  • You know the principles of animation and you can create high fidelity prototypes
  • You were responsible for designing products that successfully launched
  • You can use the most common research tools or easily learn how to use them
  • You have experience conducting workshops using the Google Design Sprint methodology

Nice to have:

  • Fluent in speaking in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
  • Front-end understanding (HTML, CSS, JS)
