Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
assist all Imaging BU’s with publication and announcement of Field Change orders. This includes uploads of master data in the applicable (ERP) systems and generate implementation reports. Perform the BG Admin role in Service Max.

You will be responsible for

  • Publication / announcement of Field Change Orders;
  • FCO Master data setting in the applicable systems;
  • Monitor Installed base registrations;
  • Create and maintain authorization for FCO and IB based application;
  • Generate / Distribute FCO and installed base reports;
  • Assisting markets with their FCO implementation;

You will be part of

The Imaging Operational Support team is an international team that acts as a central CS organization providing operational business process services to the Imaging BU's Customer Support departments. Main focus of the team are the Installed base and Field Change Order areas.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • An enthusiastic and flexible team player preferable with bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • Great knowledge of the SAP modules;
  • Great knowledge of Service Max;
  • Knowledge of the FCO (Field Change Orders) and IB processes;
  • enthusiastic and flexible team player;
  • English language (both written and verbally);
  • MS Office applications;
