Your responsibilities
Be responsible for line planning and scheduling of production for your portfolio based on current stock and availability level across different markets.
Be part of a multifunctional planning team working on new product launches and phase-in/phase-out management.
Lead capacity planning for your production line.
Contribute to supply chain set-up for your portfolio: set-up of safety stock, planning parameters in ERP system.
Contribute to inventory and cost management of your portfolio.
Lead several business processes to define and standardize best approach within your team.
Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as subject-matter expert, working together with other supply chain functions on transformational activities.
Own the set-up of planning parameters and regular master data audits.
Our requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in supply chain planning.
Ownership, autonomy, and accountability for results within the given scope.
Priority-setting skills and efficient work organization in a dynamic business environment.
Growth mindset, with focus on solutions, improvements, and constant learning.
Resilience to frequent changes in the supply chain.
Ability to think and understand quickly, and to adjust plans and actions to the changing circumstances.
Good interpersonal skills to influence peers and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Ability to define gaps and drive x-functional action plans for issue resolution, risk mitigation and business improvements.
Excellent expertise-sharing skills.
Proven record of analyses of complex data sets and processes, and of presenting the outcomes (including to leadership), driving the decision-making process.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Mastery of MS Office tools.
Expert knowledge of SAP ECC software (or other ERP systems).
Optional
Manufacturing, logistics or market planning experience.

The purpose of the Site Integrated Expert role is to deliver best-in-class service to Wella markets by planning production capacities and ordering materials for our own production factories.
The Global supply chain planning team you will be joining plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross-functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards and daily operate in a multi-cultural context.
