Solution Sales Engineer

 

Our Sales Center Poland is currently looking for a Solution Sales Engineer as a member of the Business Unit Solutions (BUS). The Solution Sales Engineer is located and hosted in the Endress+Hauser Sales Center Poland and reports to the Head of Sales of the BUS in Reinach, Switzerland.

Role and Responsibilities

As a member of the regional BUS the Solution Sales Engineer has the responsibility to grow the sales of E+H strategic solutions in Poland and to achieve the agreed sales targets. This includes:

  • Develop a solution sales strategy for the Polish market, identify target industries, customers and applications for solutions.
  • Collaborate and interface with the Sales Center's Sales and Marketing teams for business planning and to identify and create solution sales leads with their customers.
  • Build up and enhance the customer base for E+H strategic solutions within Poland, develop relationships with key customers and alliance partners.
  • Visit customers directly or jointly with the respective SC sales associates.
  • If necessary, provide support in project execution including customer acceptance and handover.
  • Provide training to customers as well as to E+H associates on strategic solutions as required.
  • Support local and regional events to promote solutions for E+H, participate in and develop local and regional networks.
  • Promote and position E+H as a customer orientated process automation partner.

Qualification and Profile:

  • Engineering degree and working experience in a process engineering environment
  • Project and solution experience is an advantage
  • Strong sales personality, very high customer orientation
  • Good understanding of the processes and business needs of our customers
  • Highly developed communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to integrate in and add value to teams, networking
  • Self-management and enthusiasm
  • Good English language skills
  • High amount of travelling in the assigned area is required, occasional international travel
