    Solution Sales Manager

    Location: Warszawa

    Solution Sales Manager will work in Marketing and Solution Department in Huawei Poland, and will be responsible for developing E2E technical solution, presenting our solution to customers, providing technical consulting service to operators and also assisting in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

    Currently we have vacancies for Solution Sales Managers in following fields:

    • Wireless Products
    • Access Network
    • IT Solutions
    • Core Network
    Main responsibilities:
    • Working with sales team, create and develop E2E solution,
    • Presenting our solution to customer on the Polish market, influence opinions of external and internal audiences.
    • Act as Solution Manager role in account team, analyze operators’ networks, address the challenges and find out the technical solution,
    • Provide technical support to customer in pre-sales phase and develop new opportunities,
    • Proactively seek new sales opportunities, take key role in sales team as technical sales person,
    • Gather, analyze and summarize business intelligence (inc. focus on competitor analysis).

     

    Requirements:

    • University degree in an Engineering, Telecommunication or Business domain.
    • At least 5 years experience in area of technical sales, product/solution management, technical consulting or architecture design in leading telecom vendor or operators
    • Ability to understand customer needs and identify the desired solutions.
    • Good knowledge of business models and market strategies.
