    Source-to-Pay Operations Analyst with French # 105682

    The Source to Pay Service Desk as a valued partner, strives to work collaboratively with Tier 2 teams to deliver increasingly high-quality services to our internal and external business partners.

    The S2P Service Desk is the customer facing team handling all incoming queries from Internal Business Partners and Suppliers in regards to the Credit Suisse Source-to-Pay (S2P) Process.

    Level I Support for Internal Clients and Suppliers (Opening Cases) by ordering goods and services, answering mails and calls from helpline and process advisory for clients. Continuous improvements and challenging status quo and offering constructive and continuous improvement ideas.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Answering basic support enquiries from end users including but not limited to:
      • System access questions and basic functionality questions
      • Requisition reviews and approvals
      • Dispatch Purchase Orders to suppliers and ad-hoc Product delivery tracking
      • Modifications of POs
    • Based on agreed procedures and guidelines, resolve issues (or) forward complex enquires to  Business Area Support or Level 2 Support

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • You are fluent both in English and French
    • You have 2+ years of professional experience – preferably in call/contact centre or customer service
    • Preferably you are familiar with Oracle/PeopleSoft
    • Ideally you also understand Accounts Payable processes
