    We are looking for an enthusiastic and self- motivated Network IT Support professional who will be working as part of the Network Operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for proactively IT Network monitoring,supporting users in all IT Network related issues, taking responsibility for them and finding solution in cooperation with other departments and vendors.

    Responsibilities

    • Implementation, maintenance and proactive monitoring of IP network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, IPSec VPNs)
    • Support and troubleshooting of complex multi-site LAN/WAN environment (level 1/2)
    • Deliver high level of customer service always and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • Create and maintain documentation of deployed solutions to improve service delivery and quality
    • Analyze and document reported issues and outages
    • Be a part of 24/7 service

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position
    • Comprehensive understanding of IT technology with a strong focus on IP networks
    • Fluent verbal and written English (minimum B2 level) is required
    • Willingness to learn new things and share knowledge with others
    • Ability to work independently and as a team member
    • Open and communicative personality
    • Ability to work on shifts schedule 24/7

    Nice To Have:

    • University degree with a major in Telecommunication and/or Computer Science
    • Experience in VoIP
    • Experience in scripting languages for IP network automation
    • Experience with network monitoring software
    • Experience in GNU/Linux operating systems
    • CCNP R&S and other Cisco certificates
