    Static Data Senior Specialist 
    Location: Warszawa

    Key responsibilities:

    • Maintenance of the clients standard settlements instructions in the system
    • Investigation and resolution of any inconsistencies between brokers’ and clients’ trade instructions
    • Investigation and resolution of trade exceptions and validation errors
    • Providing business support for Middle Office functions
    • Foster strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including Oversight teams, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, business developments
    • Support high quality of service delivered by the team
    • Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation
    • Support colleagues and peers during peak volume periods and other absence
    • Perform root cause analysis of common discrepancies between client and broker’s instructions
    • Participation in business initiatives, client on-boarding and documenting new processes
    • Ensure all Team procedures are updated, completed and maintained across all Clients and processes
    • Ensure all issues / potential issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner
    • Encourage positive and professional working environment
    • Ensure all mandatory training is completed
    • Additional business oriented tasks requested by manager

    Knowledge / experience:

    • Degree education is an advantage
    • Fluent English
    • Minimum 12 months experience in institutions linked to capital markets
    • Knowledge in construction and functioning of different financial instruments
    • Basic knowledge of accounting beneficial
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer skills; MS Office environment knowledge (very good knowledge of Excel, SQL or VBA knowledge is a plus)
    • Analytical skills
    • Be able to work as part of the team
    • Very good work organization; punctuality and timeliness
    • Ability to work in high stress fluid environment
    • Focused on details when performing the tasks and ability to handle risk processes under tight deadlines
    • SWIFT knowledge – advantageous
