    Supplier Enablement Coordinator
    As a Supplier Enablement Coordinator working in Supplier Enablement team, you will be responsible for:
    • Preparing analysis for supplier’s segmentation and coordinate work of the team of external supplier on boarding agents to execute tasks against Flight Plan deliverables.
    • Coordinating the Supplier enablement agents to organize work for them, train them and provide respective tool accesses to enable execution of the work
    • Providing guidance to the external employees to execute supplier enablement activities to keep the project timelines.
    • Handling supplier escalations, run regular calls with local procurements representatives and Ariba Supplier Enablement Lead
    • Reviewing and confirming test plan, assisting in troubleshooting the Ariba errors or document transmission
    • Identifying suppliers suitable for integration and confirm with local procurement representatives or category leads.
    • Attending Suppliers’ Summits and asking for the deck revision respective parties
    • Monitoring the progress on supplier on boarding activities and defining appropriate action in delivering the target is at stake, communicating any risks that might be identified during the on boarding process

    Required qualifications:

    • Ability to manage the team of externals
    • Good communication skills and ability to translate between languages and cultures
    • Experience or knowledge of Ariba downstream system and SAP
    • Analytical skills (good command of MS Excel)

    Desired qualifications:

    • Procurement related experience
    • Experience in Supplier Enablement Activities
    • Project management skills
