About the job
Aa a Talent Acquisition Partner you will cooperate with dedicated Talent Acquisition team in Sweden responsible for delivering comprehensive support and consultation to SEB’s managers. You will work closely with hiring managers and support the end to end recruitment process for roles across the SEB GBC business, from entry level to senior level.
 
As a Talent Development Partner you will work closely with our Talent Management team to constantly drive, develop and support our talents.
Who are you?
  • You are an HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent development, preferably gained in Banking, Finance or Consulting sector
  • You understand FinTech industry and feel comfortable in that area of business
  • You have strong networking skills, you are customer-focused, proactive and initiative driven
  • Your goal is to provide the best candidate experience
  • Fluency in English is a must (C1/C2 level)
Key responsibilities
  • Coordinating and delivering end-to-end recruitment process activities
  • Coordinating Talent Development activities
  • Sharing knowledge Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes and solutions to the business in order to secure best practice
  • Secure alignment with other process areas (i.e. Labour Law) by collaborating with HR and the GBC Management and by prioritizing and decide on operational plans and action
  • HR and Benefits administration
